Masai Russell, a senior at Kentucky, won her first career women's 60-meter hurdles title in 7.77 seconds at the Southeastern Conference Indoor Championships at Lance Harter Track at Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, Ark. Russell, the collegiate indoor record holder and world leader this season at 7.75 seconds, now boasts the top two times in NCAA indoor history and joins Keni Harrison, Christina Clemons and Gail Devers as the only American women's hurdlers to produce multiple performances of 7.77 or faster in their careers.
